Andres Maduro
Co-Founder | Project Management & Operations
Andres brings over a decade of contract management, operational risk, and project oversight experience from two of the nation's largest financial institutions. He holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Rutgers University.
He managed complex vendor and contractor relationships, oversaw contract negotiations, and led operational risk assessments across large institutional projects. He brings that same rigor to every client engagement at Cornerstone. Andres is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Jaline Fenwick Maduro
Co-Founder | Operations & Client Services
Jaline brings over 16 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance, contract management, and operational risk. She holds a law degree and is a published author through the American Bar Association.
At Cornerstone, she applies her background in documentation, process management, and attention to detail to help homeowners navigate HOA processes, coordinate contractors, and stay organized through complex home projects.
Cornerstone Home Services was founded by Andres and Jaline Maduro — two professionals who spent their careers inside some of America's largest financial institutions and leading law firms, and decided to put that expertise to work for homeowners in their own community.
We live in Connerton. We know what it's like to submit an ARC application and wait weeks for a response. We built Cornerstone because we saw a gap: homeowners dealing with complex situations — contractors, HOAs, warranties — without anyone in their corner who truly understood contracts, documentation, and professional advocacy.

We work with a limited number of clients at a time — intentionally. When you hire Cornerstone, you work directly with us, not a call center or a franchise. Every client receives a written service agreement, regular status updates, and direct access to the people doing the work.
